E.S.Subramaniam Memorial Group of Educational Institutions has widespread interest in the sphere of quality education with a commitment to excellence, providing opportunities to young people to be best positioned, consequent to their education in these institutions. The educational Trust was established in the year 2007 under the able guidance of a great visionary, our beloved Chairman Dr.E.S.S.Raman. He believes that value based education can build a great nation and work as an effective tool to strengthen the foundation and status of any society.
ESSM Teacher Training Institute was first to be started in ESSM Group of Educational Institutions in the year 2007 . ESSM College of Education was added in the year 2008. Later, in the year 2011 ESSM College of Arts and Science was started. Recently, in September 2018, approval to start University of Madras’s Distance Education Learning and Support Centre has been granted.
